Zenith controls approximately 33% of the wholesale investment research market which totals approximately 18,000 financial advisers and $650bn in FUA. IWL was a diversified financial service business which listed on the ASX in 1999. In 2007 it was acquired by CBA for $373 million. An equity holder in that business since its establishment, David played an integral role in its growth, and at time of his departure IWL Ltd was an employer of 120+ staff and a broad provider of advisor software, research and broking to the marketplace.

David is also a co-founder and the largest shareholder of Perma Capital, a corporate advisory business primarily involved in IPO’s. Perma Capital successfully completed its first IPO in December 2015 with the $100m listing of Absolute Equity Performance Fund Limited on the Australian Stock Exchange.
